Position: Disability Support Worker
Simaru True care focuses on delivering high quality and beneficial support with the purpose to provide a safe, flexible, supportive, and productive environment to all clients.
We are always searching for bright and motivated individuals to join our team.
This role will include working closely with several clients a day to provide in-home care and community support. This role may suit individuals who have a genuine desire to make a difference to our clients lives and know every day will be a little different. The suitable applicant should be flexible and available to work over a 7-day roster. Prior experience in support worker roles is preferred, but those with less experience are encouraged to apply as well.

Requirements of the role include:
- National Police Check
- Cert III in Disability Care
- Full Australian Driver’s License (with a reliable car).
- First Aid Certificate
- DHS Working with Children Clearance
- DCSI screening check
- NDIS Workers Module Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Commitment to undertake in-house training and professional development as required
Strong command of English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shift time
